“Traveling with Diaspora Journeys will remain one of my favorite vacations. I had always wanted to travel to Brasil but had been putting it off for one reason or another. I’m so glad I didn’t this time. As a person that loves history I was excited to be submerged in the culture of Brazil, from Rio to Salvatore, Bahia (My favorite) I experienced an amazing submersion, where I learned about the history of Brazil, the people, the food, traditional dance, art and even spent the afternoon in the home of a Brazilian chef that cooked a delicious meal just for us. Our tour guide was exceptional, the bus that picked us up daily was comfortable, clean and the drivers were delightful. I had a wonderful time all around, I’d go again and would recommend a vacation with Diaspora Journeys if you really want to experience a cultural, quality vacation where you become apart of the culture and not just a tourist.“
